At Tech Zoo, users can request deletion of their account and associated data.
How to request deletion
Please contact us using one of the following:

Provide:
- Your registered phone number or email
- Request for account deletion
What data will be deleted
- Account information (name, phone, email)
- Saved addresses
- Order history (from app database)
Data retention
Some data may be retained for legal and accounting purposes (e.g., invoices).
Processing time
Account deletion requests are processed within 2-3 working days.
