Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: January 16, 2026 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tech Zoo mobile application ("App"), website (if any), and related services (collectively, "Services"). The Services are operated by TECH ZOO (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Tech Zoo", "we", "our", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account (name, phone, address, etc.).
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

2) Products, Compatibility & AI Recommendations

• Tech Zoo helps you discover accessories and products relevant to your phone model and preferences.
• AI-based recommendations are for convenience; final selection is your responsibility.
• Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color/packaging can occur.

3) Prices, Taxes & Payments

• Prices are shown in PKR and may change without notice.
• Any applicable taxes or fees may be included in the final payable amount depending on the order type and location.
• Payment methods may include Cash on Delivery (COD) and online/prepaid methods (where available).

4) Order Placement & Acceptance

• When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
• We may accept, reject, or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, address verification, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons.
• If an order is cancelled after payment, we will process a refund according to our Refund Policy.

5) Delivery & Risk

• Standard delivery is generally 3-5 working days (may vary by city and external conditions).
• Express delivery is generally within 2 working days (where available).
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

6) Warranty (If Applicable)

• Some products may include a warranty (brand or seller warranty). If a warranty is provided, it will be mentioned on the product listing or invoice/receipt.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure (unless rated), improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.

7) Returns & Refunds

Our Returns/Refund rules are detailed in the Refund & Returns Policy. Key points:

• Returns may be available within the stated time window if eligibility criteria are met.
• To prevent misuse and cover COD/tax/handling costs, COD refunds may be subject to a 10% deduction (see Refund Policy for details).
• Prepaid orders (paid before delivery) may be eligible for full refund as per the Refund Policy.

8) Reviews & User Content

• You may post reviews and feedback that are truthful and not abusive, illegal, or misleading.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

9) Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Use the Services for fraud, harassment, spam, or illegal activities.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Copy, resell, or exploit the Services in a way that harms Tech Zoo or other users.

10) Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, text, UI, and app content are owned by Tech Zoo or licensors. You may not reproduce or use our IP without permission.

11) Service Changes & Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We try to keep services stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Our liability, if any, is limited to the value of the specific order related to the claim.

13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve it. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of relevant courts in Pakistan.
